Empowering minds while nurturing hearts

Registered Psychotherapist for Individuals and Couples aged 18 +

Welcome, I’m Jess.

she / her
B.A (Hons), MACP
Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO)

Life is complicated and messy. I get it. Life’s unpredictability can be challenging but you do not have to face it alone.

My therapeutic philosophy surrounds the belief that people are inherently good. It can be within our lowest moments, most formidable relationships and unfair circumstances that we form our beliefs and behaviours. By recognizing the complexities of the human experience, I will support your healing and strengthen your sense of self. This is my commitment to your well-being.

CLINICAL APPROACH

As an open-minded and inclusive professional, I strive to provide a warm and welcoming space for individuals and couples of diverse backgrounds and relationship styles.

My clinical approach is an integrated form of therapy, drawing from numerous evidence-based modalities to support my clients. I dedicate my therapeutic practice to offering competent and compassionate client care, continuously expanding my knowledge and honing my skills through ongoing education, training, and clinical supervision. Outside of my practice, you can find me enjoying time with my husband and two small children.

What to Expect in Therapy

when working together

Welcome to our collaborative space. Here, I create an open and non-judgmental environment where we unpack the uncomfortable and navigate the hard topics together. I believe in validating your experiences while gently challenging perspectives to foster growth and broaden understanding.

In addition to our meaningful and confidential discussions, I will provide you with informative psychoeducation and supportive resources to deepen your understanding of our session topics.

Together, we craft tangible, action-oriented goals and plans to propel progress, personal growth, and healing.
