Following each session, you will receive an invoice/ receipt upon payment, which will include all the necessary details for reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Please note that direct billing is not available at this time.It is recommended that you contact your insurance provided to review the coverage options available for therapeutic services with a Registered Psychotherapist.

All major credit cards are accepted. Payment is required at the end of the session.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, a 24-hour cancellation policy is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a full session fee.

Currently, all therapeutic services are available exclusively through virtual video sessions.

A strong therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is an important component of successful therapy. The complimentary 15-minute video consultation is designed to help you and the therapist determine if their approach and areas of competency match your needs, answer any preliminary questions, and discuss whether the fees and appointment availability align with your needs.
